  1. Thank you both for the welcome. My first meeting was last night, and I'm pumped!
  2. Hi All~ Today is the day I rejoin WW. I was OP for about six months and lost about 30lbs. Then I couldn't afford to go to meetings, and had an extremely difficult time trying to go at it alone. Well needless to say I've gained the weight back. Tonight I'm going back to the meetings, and promise not to give up on myself this time. Hopefully I can find a supportive group on here to help give me the boost that I need to stay OP. I look forward to chatting.

  10. Hi Kelly & Alyson, My name is Katie. I've been doing WW for a little over 4 months now. I'm a part time photographer (I've also got a full-time desk job). I'm married and have one dog (she's my kid!). I try to work out for 1 hour daily. I've been doing the exercise challenges for the past few months. They really help! I've found that if I put it in writing, I will follow through more. I usually work out when I get home around 5:30pm, I have difficulties getting up in the morning just to work out. This morning I actually managed to get up early and do 25 minutes of weight training before work. I will do my cardio this evening. I'm looking forward to the extra support especially during the holidays. We have so much food porn here at work. When I get bored, I start to wander. Somehow I end up grabbing handfuls of things here and there, and that adds up. I've made a promise to myself to get back OP. I've started journaling again, and I'm trying to keep myself busy at work. Thanks again for the support!!!

  14. I would love to join. These past few weeks I've felt myself slipping. I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't been losing either. I have weigh in tonight, but I've decided to use my no weigh in pass tonight. I don't think I physically gained, but I am supposed to get my TOM any time now, and I am so bloated. It's just not the right time to be stepping on the scale for me. So this is my promise to myself. Starting tomorrow December 12th it's a fresh start for me. 1. I'm going to go to the meeting tonight, and hear about the new changes. 2. I'm going to journal every bite that goes in my mouth. 3. I'm going to keep up with my December exercise challenge (1600 minutes in 25 days). 4. Last but not least I'm going to weigh in next week, and see a loss of greater than 1 pound for a change!!!!
