  1. Welcome! Congrats on your newest addition!
  2. I love the Arnold sandwich thins. I don't know if they're the same thing or not. I've had the multigrain, wheat, and white. Like another poster, I'd love to try the rye flavor, but I have yet to see those. I've found these at both Wal-Mart and Kroger stores.
  3. If I'm remembering correctly, Subway's NI is calculated using the wheat bread and no cheese or condiments. I could be wrong though. That being said, I saw this sandwich advertised on tv and thought it sounded pretty good. To anyone who's tried it, is it really spicy? I love the buffalo flavoring, but I'm very sensitive to hot stuff.
  4. I added these ingredients into the WW recipe builder. The nutritional information given in the original post is totally wrong. The entire recipe has 29 points. But, if you divide it up to 6 servings WW recipe builder says it's 4 points a serving.
  5. You're welcome! I'm glad you liked it. I know it was a big hit at my house.
  6. Hey Jenny! DH just called. His mom and sister are at the house and they've all eaten several bowls of it. He says it is soooo good. I haven't even had a bowl yet! I hope there's some left!
  7. This is a modified recipe. I found the original recipe here on the boards, but I thought the point count was definitely off. I modified some of the ingredients and measured everything out myself last night. It's delicious and I thought I'd share. Turkey Taco Chili Makes 14 1-cup servings 3.36 points a cup! 1 pound ground turkey. (I used the 99% FF) 1 cup frozen chopped onion 1 teaspoon minced garlic (I used the dried kind in the bottle) 1.5 cups finely chopped celery 1-15 oz can tomato sauce 1-15 oz can diced tomatoes (I used no salt added) 1 small can mild green chilies 2-15 oz cans stewed tomatoes 2-15 oz cans Beans (1 kidney and 1 black beans) 1 package Taco Seasoning mix 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix 2 teaspoons Cumin 16 ounces frozen white corn 1/2 cup water 2 teaspoons chili powder 1. Brown the turkey. Half way through cooking, add onions, garlic, and celery. 2. One by one add the remaining ingredients. DO NOT DRAIN ANYTHING .. JUST DUMP in pan. 3. Heat through. Simmer for awhile if you like. NOTE: I just browned the turkey and added the celery, garlic and onions in the pan. Then I transfered everything into my crock pot and let it cook on low all night. I measured the entire pot and it came out to 14 cups total to make 14 1-cup servings at 3.36 points a cup! Not too shabby and it has WONDERFUL flavor! If anyone else decides to make this, be sure to tell me if you like it!
  8. I love this 0 point WW Garden Vegetable soup. It's 0 points, full of veggies, and it's really good too! Not to mention it's a great filler if you add it to a meal. Eat it with a salad or a sandwich or something. GARDEN VEGETABLE SOUP Recipe from WW Getting Started Book 4 servings 0 points per serving 2/3 cup sliced carrot 1/2 cup diced onion 2 cloves garlic 3 cups fat free broth (beef, chicken orvegetable) 1 1/2 cups green cabbage leaf -- diced 1/2 cup green beans 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/2 cup zucchini -- diced In a large saucepan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute the carrot, onion, and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and salt; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer covered, about 15 minutes or until beans are tender. Stir zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
  9. Curves makes a ceral bar that's only 1 point. It's smaller than the Fiber One bar, but they're less expensive. I like the strawberry flavor, but they have a chocolate/peanut butter flavor too.
  10. I don't know of any FF and SF pudding cups, but several brands make the SF and the 100 calorie pudding cups. Just curious, but what's the advantage of the pudding being FF SF? A SF pudding cup is only 1 point. I don't think it would be 0 points if it was FF too would it?
  11. I think sodium causes water retention in some people worse than others. I've eaten Lean Cuisines and Smart Ones ever since I've started WW and I've lost almost 75 lbs in the last year. Maybe the sodium just doesn't bother me?
  12. Congratulations Blake! Great job!
  13. Congratulations....that's awesome!
  14. OMG! You look amazing and beautiful! You're such an inspiration!
  15. I love the way you did the comparison shots! You look amazing!
  16. You've come so far and you look amazing! Great job and very inspiring!

    meal replacements

I eat the WW Smart Ones, Lean Cuisines, and Healhty Choice meals on a regular basis. I always pair it with some low point soup or a salad to keep me full though. Generally, they're not big enough to fill me up. Not the case with the Lean Cuisine Paninis though...they're pretty filling and yummy too!
  18. I always get mine from the meetings. From what I understand, anyone can walk in and buy WW products.
  19. Thanks for the link, but that silly coupon printer software didn't work for me.
  20. I tried this a couple of weeks ago and it was pretty good. I'm thinking that next time, I'm going to pull the chicken out, shred it up and use it in tortillas mixed with the sauce. I think it would be delicious that way.
  21. I just wanted to add that the PB2 is amazing. It actually tastes more like fresh roasted peanuts than any peanut butter I've ever had. Love it.
  22. I've seen that before, but it's still funny every time I watch it. Something about watching that big panda jump...
