  11. I was talking to the nutrionist at work today about Water. I was telling her how difficult it is for me to get my water in daily since i hate the taste of "just water". She gave me a little tip which sounded interesting and helpful. She said to put a little bit of Juicey Juice in my water. She said Juicey Juice is all natural and has no added sugars in it...it only has the sugars of the fruit. Seems like a good idea..i'm going to have to try it. Anyone else have any good tips for getting in your water?
  12. Oh my PEEPS!!!!!!!!!! I love peeps!! Whats the nutrional label say so we can figure out the points ???
  13. I was at STOP N' SHOP today and i found Dr Praegers Spinach Patties in the Healthy frozen food section....they are 60 calories, 3 grams fiber and 3.5 grams of fat....Totalling 1 point for each pattie. They are 0 trans fat. They taste like a hashbrown with spinach in it. You can microwave them or toast them!! Absolutely yummy!!!
  14. There was a coupon in the paper for these for 1.00 off the price...i figured i'll give them a shot and see how they taste.
  15. I was on a short plateau around the 30pd mark...and i took a moment to discuss it with my leader at my meeting...since i had been exercising more those weeks than any other week. She asked me if i was eating all my AP's....and i wasnt. She said with the increase excercise, it was ESSENTIAL for me to eat my AP's...otherwise my body would go into a "Store" mode. Just a little FYI...hope it helps.
