  8. My husband didn't like most veggies when we met but I found that by roasting them he seems to enjoy them. One of our favorites is roasted brussel sprouts. I think roasting gives veggies a great flavor! Do you like potatoes - you can get a veggie serving from those as well.
  9. I LOVE the Dark Tower series. He's one of my favorite authors. I have about half of his books in my collection - still working on getting the rest.

    Points Question

    Are you getting in your Healthy 8? If you find you have points left but really aren't hungry try a little peanut butter or some nuts. That will finish off your points pretty easily.
