  1. Great idea! Thanks for sharing.
  2. This sounds great!
  3. Sweet Rewards Brownie Mix is made by Betty Crocker - it is a low-fat brownie mix. You could substitute any low-fat mix but make sure to double check the points. I can find Sweet Rewards at all of our local stores including Wal Mart super stores.
  4. These muffins are yummy! Chocolate Muffins 3 Cups All Bran Extra Fiber Cereal 2-1/2 Cups Water 1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 Box Sweet Rewards Brownie Mix Soak cereal in water for about 5 minutes. Add baking powder and brownie mix. Fill muffin tins about 1/2 full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes Makes 30 muffins at 1 point each
  5. These are yummy! I used the Swiss Chocolate Flavored creamer instead of the French Vanilla and it sure takes care of that Chocolate Craving!
  6. I like to take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and slightly flatten. Mix a teaspoon of dijon mustard in egg beaters. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then roll in crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Yummmmmmmm. Something quick and easy to make for a 4th of July picnic!

    Light Cheesecake

Sounds yummy. Think I would add a little lemon zest for added flavor.
  9. 2 Large Egg Whites 1/8 tsp Salt 2/3 Cup Sugar 1 tsp Grated Lemon Zest 1/2 tsp Vanilla Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat egg whites and salt until frothy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until meringue peaks stiffly (about 4 minutes). Beat in vanilla and fold in lemon zest. Drop from rounded teaspoon onto prepared baking sheets spacing 2 inches apart. Set in oven, immediately turn off oven. Let cookies remain in oven for 2 hours (or you can leave them in overnight).
