  4. Woo hoo - HOT MAMA! Seriously though, congrats!! You look amazing.
  5. But does anyone happen to know the points value in a 1 inch square of Peanut Butter Fudge? I know I could use the WW website, but I am at work and their website doesn't work properly on my computer here. TIA, even though I'm willing to bet it's not worth it! ETA that I DID bring my ww book wtih me (thought I had forgot it). IT says that a 1x2 piece of fudge with or without nuts is 3 points. I was thinking much higher and calculated it as 5. Doh!
  6. There was probably the same amount of sauce as a regular slice of pizza, so if you order you might want to tell them light on the sauce.
  7. :bcb_up The new Dining Out guide listed a Fit 'n Trim pizza from Pizza Hut that is only 3 points a slice. DF and I were at his sister & BIL's house this evening when they mentioned wanting pizza. DF's sister is my WW buddy so I immediately told her what I'd saw int he DO book about this "fit" pizza. Her husband told us that the local Pizza Hut had been advertising it- SCORE! We weren't sure what to expect for only 3 points a slice, but just HAD to try it. So we ordered the ham, pineapple and diced tomatoes kind. MMM! It was delicious. The crust is thin and a little crispy, but not greasy at all like their other crust can be. There wasn't a whole lot of cheese, but it was still amazing. I am so thrilled to have found a low-point pizza that tastes good, I just had to share!
  8. You look great! This is such a motivator - thanks for posting!! Keep up the good work! :bcbsalute
  9. Are they?? I've been debating trying them out. I'll have to give them a shot!
  10. What are your favorite varieties of Smart Ones frozen meals?? Right now my 2 favorites are the Santa Fe Rice & Beans and the Chicken enchilada. Very satisfying and the taste is amazing!! Got any favorites?
  11. Hi guys! I have a question (duh lol). I am in my third week of WW where they introduce the exercising/AP's. So far I've done WATP, the cardio portion of a Denise Austin video, and tonight I did the sculpting/toning portion of the DA video.. Boy did it kick my butt! I am beat. Not too terribly bad, it's even worse because I have the start of a cold, but I made it through what I could without pushing it since I'm getting sick. Anyhow, my question is this: since I am just starting to lose weight (and have a LOT to lose), should I stick to just cardio for the first few weeks/months, or go for cardio AND toning? I know I am going to need the toning, but I'm afraid that it will slow down my weight loss since I've always been told that muscle weighs more than fat, and I really want to get some of the weight off to make it easier to exercise.. It feels like a Catch 22, but I could really use some advice of you more experienced exercisers!
  12. My staple breakfast is as follows: 1 cup OJ (2) 1 Lite English Muffin (1) 1/4 cup Egg Beaters (1) (or any other egg variety as long as you get the points) 1 Morningstar Farms vegetarian sausage patty (2) 1 piece cheese (2) 8 points all together, but very satisfying to me! I get 31 points a day so it works, but I'm not sure how many you get. (you can skip the cheese or use FF to lower the points of course, using 2 egg whites instead of egg beaters or whole eggs will also keep it lower.)
  13. I made these, but baked them over the weekend and WOW! Very good. I also added a ton of pepper and other random seasonings to the mixture. I baked them at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or so and they were DELICIOUS! My question is this - has anyone tried freezing these? I'd imagine they would freeze nice, but you never know! I'm new to freezing left overs and things, so I was just wondering... TIA!
  14. My favorite Smart Ones so far is the Santa Fe rice & beans! VERY good. And I agree, the Lean Cuisine pizzas are to die for! So is the Smart Ones mac & cheese. I honestly don't remember ever not liking ANY Smart ones, which is definitely a good thing! I know they do have a bit of sodium in them (which I am trying to watch) but it is much better than other frozen meals and they can really help out!
