  2. I had one of these last night - YUM YUM! Sooooo good! It tasted just like fall!
  3. OMG, the banana ones are like my new most favorite snack. Of course, I love anything banana though. If you really like bananas, you should at least try them. The apple ones were alright and I haven't tried the tomato basil ones yet but I'll have to pick some up.
  4. I want to have it done when I get down to my goal weight and maintain it for at least a year (don't want to mess it up if I get it done). I am very fair skinned though so I'm sure the scar will be disgusting. I just know that my skin won't go all the way back regardless of how much water I drink, how much I work out, or how much lotion I apply (everyday). I gained 60 pounds fast when I was pregnant with my daughter so I have horrible stretch marks and a stretched out belly already.
  5. The serving size is 1 1/4 cups though. If you only had 3/4 of a cup I bet you could get it down to 1 or 2 points for how much fiber it has (12 grams - WOW!). I might have to give this one a try. I love Kashi stuff and this one sounds pretty darn good!
  6. I get these - I think they are called Lean Gourmet. They are always way cheaper than the Smart Ones, Healthy Choice, or Lean Cuisine. Their selection is smaller though and most of them are about 4-6 points, but they're good every once in awhile.
  7. These are a new flavor of the SF/FF pudding cups and I have to say they are my favorite so far. They taste mostly like banana with a hint of chocolate and just 1 point. YUM!
  8. I just tried this and it was delicious. I used very ripe bananas because I didn't know what else to do with them. I also added some sugar-free chocolate syrup. Very good!
  9. That's odd - I thought you had confused it with the No Sugar Added Breyers so I looked it up on the website. The website does say 1/2 cup is 120 calories with 4 grams of fiber but the actual package of Free Breyers Caramel Swirl ice cream I have in my freezer says 100 calories for 1/2 cup with 3 grams fiber. I'm going to go with what the package says but that is just too weird. Sorry if I sounded argumentative, I guess we're both right!
  10. The Breyer's Free is only 100 calories for 1/2 cup so it is 1 point not 2. I have it right in front of me from my freezer. It sure is yummy too!
  11. Joanne - I finally saw the commercial on tv and you look fabulous! That sucks that they spelled your name wrong though.

When I was pregnant with my daughter and gained all of my weight, my blood pressure went up and my hands started doing that swelling thing anytime I was on my feet walking or doing any kind of exercise for more than a few minutes. They would get very red, tight, and itchy all over. After the activity stopped, they would slowly get better. I asked my doctor about it several times and she never knew why it happened. Once I started exercising regularly and losing weight, the hand swelling stopped. I haven't had it happen since November when I started WW. I can't tell you what it is but I think it does have to do with blood pressure which will improve with increased fitness. You should see your doctor however to see if you need medication in the meantime though - you don't want to risk anything. Good luck!
  13. I do usually but that's because I work out as soon as I get up most of the time so when I'm done working out it is breakfast time and you can't skip breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day!!!!
  14. I finally got some of this stuff and I actually like it. It just doesn't have quite the same peanut taste (it seems a little weak) but I think it still tastes like peanut butter. I like it in sandwiches or to dip apple slices in it or I do a peanut butter banana roll up.

  16. Yes, they have milk chocolate. I think it may be like a wafer covered in chocolate though. And then I think they have a chocolate covered pretzel thing or something like that.
  17. I love these - they are my special treat since I love dark chocolate but can't stop at just part of a big bar.
  18. I finally tried Turbo Jam again because in the past I have had issues with figuring out when to do what (I'm sort of uncoordinated usually). I loved it after giving it a second chance. It was really fun! I had problems for a second but then I got it figured out. It definitely gets you sweating.
  19. If stretching doesn't work, you may want to go see your doctor. Not to alarm you but sometimes cramps in your calves after walking at least a block or so can mean that you are losing some circulation in your legs which can be a warning sign of blood clots. Just listen to your body and you should be okay.

  21. I made these today. They are very good and filling. I would maybe add a little more sweetener but that's just me.
  22. So I made this and it is pretty good. It has kind of a weird jello/pudding texture but it sets up nice and tastes good so I think it's a keeper. It's really good with some FF Cool Whip on top.

  25. I just tried this on Mother's Day (we went out of town to visit MIL and stopped for food on the road) and it was excellent! YuMMY!!!!
