  1. I have a question. Say your bacon package says it contains 7 grams of fat. Is that 7 grams including OR excluding the grease that cooks off of the bacon? what I'm trying to figure out is if I cook 2 slices off bacon in a pan and then cook eggs in the leftover bacon grease do I count the points for just the bacon and egg or do I add additional points for the greAse? Or is the grease included in the fat content of the bacon?
  2. My coffee creamer is 1 point for 3 tblsps but it's 3 points for 6 tblsps. If I have 3 in the morning and then 3 in the evening do I count 2 points total or 3?
  3. I like the Key Lime and Vanilla. I usually mix some fruit into the vanilla. It's really yummy like that!
  4. I tried it once in Devin Alexander's Eggplant Parmesan. It tasted great until I got to the seedy part. Yuck:( I haven't tried it since then.
  5. I'm the only one in my house that will eat light bread. On Friday I found those Orowheat sandwich thins at Sam's. I wanted to try them so I got them even though they were $4.50 a package. Anyway since I'm the only person eating them and I only bread no more than twice a week can I freeze them? I have some of those Ziploc vacuum bags. Could I put them in there?
  6. I'm not big on tomatoes either so I didn't use them. I just used more zuchini instead.
  7. I got this from the WW recipe review boards. I made it today and it's awesome! It's SF plus 2 for the breadcrumbs and cheese. 1 cup diced zucchini 1 cup diced summer squash 1 cup fresh mushrooms 1/2 onion, diced 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 14oz can diced tomatoes 1/4 cup white wine 2 tbsp bread crumbs 1 tbsp grated parmesan In a skillet, spray PAM and saute onions, garlic, zucchini, and squash in 1/4 c of white wine until tender. Stir in diced tomatoes and pour mixture into small casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the top. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Oh I also used chicken broth instead of wine.

  9. Due to a loss in dh's hours I had to cancel my WW online for awhile:( Is it Ham steaks that are core? I honestly can't remember. Thanks!
  10. What I mean by that is if I don't eat a good breakfast by 9 am I have absoulutely no energy and I really need it for chasing after my toddler. She's quite a handful! Are all those muffin recipes in the recipe forum?
