Thanks Lisa no thats exactly what i meant...recipe ideas and point values etc. I used to come on here and people would have really good menu plans etc with points and all that so im thinking that everything i read will hve to be recalculated. I was hoping that maybe someone had already gone through the whole entire website and did that already so i wouldnt have to thats just me being lazy...lol...as i said i have alot of catching up to do. Ive only been to one meeting so far since the program converted so im still sifting through all the info.
  2. Sorry for my really bad Dezi Arnez impression from I Love Lucy...but it popped into my head now i cant get rid of it! Im really mad at myself for not posting on BCB for so long, now i remember why i used to like it here so much! Anyway having said that, i wanted to know if previous posts and info will translate well to the new pointsplus system...i have a lot of catching up to do! oh yeah ill have to redo my signature...my post partum loss was for my last baby...hes 5 now Yikes!

  4. Sorry! I lost track of this thread so i apologize for not anwering right away. I dont have one anyway : cuz i cant remember - its been awhile since i dug them out. I still have the vhs version and never got a book - although they do send out a monthly newsletter i think. Good luck!

  6. owwww....owwwwwwwwww....ohhhhhhhh...ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. does anyone ever excercises in their bare feet? I like my Leslie Sansone walking tapes but i cant fit my ankle braces inside my running shoes. So i want to go barefeet but have my ankles supported. but...i had really really REALLY bad plantar facciitus a while ago and needed months of physiotherapy where i could barely walk and i'm not supposed to go barefoot- so....i'm stuck either way! would you foresee any longterm damage by powerwalking barefoot, but with anklebraces?
  7. I have the T-Tapp videos! oh my gawd!!!!! my muscles scream after one workout! its really good - but body aligment is hard to get used to. Once you get the hang of it you think about body alignment all the time - it is actually a good habit to get into. it sure does get the deep muscles though...
