  1. These are SO SO yummy.. They looked scary to make at first.. i wasnt used to all the "different" ing but they are the best and whoever said you should make a double batch is RIGHT.. Thanks CG for sharing this with us.. Hugs Kandy

  3. This IS YUMMY!!! I made this last night.. it was my plan to make it.. then my husband brought a few friends over.. I was like listen I already made dinner.. He said whatever it is will be ok.. I said OK.. the two guys were like THIS IS GREAT I could eat this every week.. and I loved it too.. THANKS SO MUCH.. Kandy

Well I see there is another banana bread recipe up but you all were asking me for mine and I said I would so I won't go back on my word LOL 1/2 all purpose flour 3 Tbs sugar 1/4 tsp baking power 1/4 tsp baking soda Dash of salt 1/4 cup fat free sour cream 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana 1 tsp veg oil 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 large egg white lightly beaten Heat over to 350 Combine first 5 ingredients in med bowl.. make a weel in center; Then combine sour cream and next 4 ing. in a different bowl. Add this to flour mixture.. stir well. Pour batter into a 6x3 pan sprayed with cooking oil.. bake at 350 for 35 minutes.. 1 loaf makes 6 servings 2 points each.. Hope you like Kandy

First I want to say this is GREAT kind of rich.. 1 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken 1 10 oz box frozen broccoli (thawed and well drained) 1 cup lite Ricotta cheese 1 whole egg 1 egg white 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp. baking power 1/4 cup low fat parmesan cheese Lightly stray 9inch pie pan with Pam..Combine half of chicken and half the broccoli in pie pan. Mix ricotta, yogurt, egg,egg white, flour,baking power,Parmesan cheese. Pour over chicken and broccoli in pie pan. Scatter remaining chicken and broccoli over top.. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until wooden toothpick tests clean. Makes 4 servings 8 points
  11. Ok I am telling you this is SO SO good and you get so much.. I eat like at least a cup and a half.. and I am SO full after.. Hope you like.. 2 tsp era virgin olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic minced 3/4 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined, Fresh shrimp 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt 2 Tbs dry sherry 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped parsley Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Swirl in the oil add the onion and garlic. Saute until the onion and garlic until they begin to soften. Add the shrimp, paprika, cumin, and salt. stir occasionally until shrimp are opaque, about 4 minutes. Add the sherry and lemon juice, cook about 1 minute longer. Remove from heat stir in the parsley. 1 point per half cup. Kandy
  12. I have made tacos almost like this but I grilled the chicken on the George Forman Grill and you can get hard taco shells.. one point each and I use a little FF sour cream.. kandy
  13. This cake is great.. 16 oz frozen stawberries in no juice 1 box white cake mix 1 small box FF Strawberry jello 6 egg whites 1/2 cup applesauce 1/2 cup water Put all ingred. in a bowl mix.. Pour into a 9 X 13 pan.. spray lightly with Pam Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes 12 servings 3 points each I put a little FF cool Whip on top
