  1. Congrats!! This is so exciting! I have been on this board for a few years now and even though I don't post too much. I do read the boards daily and you always have great advice. You will be a fabulous leader!!!
  2. Hi Buddies-- I know I haven't posted much this BL session. But I just wanted to say what a great support and motivation the challenge has been for me this time around. I've been so crazy with work these past months, but I have had time to at least peek while I eat lunch. Everyone who has stayed in the competition should be very proud of their accomplishments! Sticking with it this time and weighing in was a real tough one for me. And I know that if it wasn't for this challenge and "3 pass your out" rule, I would not have weighed in. Thank you!!! I have been battling with the same pound for almost a month now, which is frustrating but also proves to myself that I am good at maintaining I lost a total of 9 pounds for the challenge. YEAH!!! ( My goal was 14, but hey, I will take what I can get). Once again, good job everyone!!!
  3. Happy Halloween!!! Congrats on getting to Onderland, Cindy!!!
  4. Kathy!!! Welcome to Onderland!!! I am so proud of you!!!
  5. Happy Weekend!! I am happy to report that I lost 4.6 this week. Yeah, red!! We are all doing so well!!! I have been swamped at work so I haven't been able to post at all. Sorry guys!

  7. Prissy--Thanks!! The bootcamp is 2 days a week for a month. I am actually going to it with 3 of my friends who have done it consistently for the last 3 months. I am already planning on doing it again next month too as long as my finances are under control. The first day really kicked my butt, but it also felt really good too!
  8. Great job, Red Team!!!! We all did it!! I am reporting down 1.6 pounds. I also started a 2 day a week bootcamp this week too...so I am hoping that this will assist in the toning and weightloss journey!! Keep up all the good work everyone! Let's win this week too!!!!
  9. Cindy-- Your plan is great! You can do this...you know the lifestyle and you know what sets you off!! You have this and if you start to falter, we are here for you! (and that is for anyone else too!) Let's have a great weekend everyone!
  10. Hi Everyone!! I was going to post more this past week, but work was a real beast this week!! Yay for Friday!!!! Red Team really seems to be on the low this week! Good job, red! I am happy to report that I think my plateau has busted and I had a 3 pound loss this week. Mimi--that is an amazing tip! I never thought about it that way. I am going to try to spread my points out more evenly this week throughout the day instead of hoarding my points for the evening. Cindi--Tell us your plan to get back on track! Keep up the good work everyone!!
  11. You are doing an amazing job!!! Brag all you want!!
  12. Cressa-- I LOVE that quote!! Prissy--I realize that plateaus come and go...and I need to remember that as long as I stay OP that the weight will come off!! KD--Great job, again!!! It is always so motivational when I check the site on Monday and see hyour post! Great job, everyone!
  13. Hi All-- I am reporting to no change again this week. I think I may officially be in a plateau. But on the good side of things, I was in Vegas for 5 days and didn't gain a thing! So I guess WW is really part of my lifestyle now!! I beat the food odds in Vegas...not too bad!! Hope all are having a great week and it seems we have a lot of people who will be in onderland really soon!! Keep up all the great work!!!
  14. I just wanted to let you all know that I posted some progress pictures in buddies showoff section....if you want to check them out.
