I have a question, my breakfast that I absolutely love to have some mornings is totally 8 points (PA=32), is that too much for breakfast? Should I cut the serving in half?
The details of the meal are:
1/3 c. Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Cereal (3 pts)
1/2 c. Applesauce (no sugar added) (1 pt)
1 oz. Ocean Spray Dried Cranberries (1.5 pts,)
1/2 oz. Walnuts (2.5 pts)
1/2 packet Splenda
1/8 t. Cinnamon
