  1. This is posed mainly towards runners ..do you use a fan while running on the treadmill at the gym? also is there any research backing up the fact that using a fan while running is unhealthy for you ? thanks

Hi I got this recipefrom a friend and it makes up lovely muffins, I was wondering if someone could figure out the points for me , I truly would appreciate it. 1/2 cup ground whole wheat flour 1/2 cup spelt flour 1/2 cup wheat bran 1/2 cup oat bran 1/4 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup steel cut oats 1/2 tsp salt 3 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup ground flax seed 1 egg 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup organic sugar 3 bananas mashed 1 cup blue berries method beat together egg, oil , sugar and bananas add dry ingredients just combine add blueberries bake 375for 10 -15 mins yields 12 muffins thanks a lot caroline
