  1. Awesome Job!! Congrats to you!!!
  2. I do WW online, but have never done meetings so I have nothing to compare it to. I really like it, and I just found a really reliable scale, weigh in at the same time, on the same day and it has worked well for me. I find with the people in my daily life, and here I get all the support I need although sometimes I think it would be nice to pop in on a meeting.
  3. I'm probably the only person that has never had spaghetti squash and I'd like to try this for dinner. What does it taste like?
  4. Here's what I used for my calculations as I haven't attended a meeting yet. It's at the bottom of the page.. just plug in your info Hope it helps and Good luck! -Kristen

Hi Debby, and welcome!! I'm new as well and have yet to attend my first meeting. I bought WW materials online and was considering going it alone, but have decided that I'm going to go to every meeting and learn from everyone that I can! Congrats on taking the first step and I'm sure you will have SO MUCH SUCCESS!!!! -Kristen
  6. Thank you SO much for the helpful post! That sounds like a great dinner to me =). I'll definitely check out the 100+ boards too.. any help I can get is awesome! The fiancee said he's doing this with me, but already he's going to my dad's pizza shop to have lunch, so I can't count on him to be my support. He actually asked me, "Do you want anything from there?" when he called earlier, and I was like don't you remember I just went shopping and have my entire day planned out already? *lol*
  7. Thank you so much for all the info! I've figured out that I get 32 pts. The program I bought was just a starter kit w/both the flex and core programs. It also came w/the eating out guide and a journal. I think I'm going w/the flex plan at least to start. I have about 100 lbs to lose, so I'm ready to dig right in and get started . Tomorrow is my first official day, but I did well today. I limited my portions and passed up the opportunity to eat like it was my last day alive, *lol* saying "oh well I start tomorrow. I'm proud that I didn't binge! I also started planning out my menu for tomorrow although my points are really really low. I only have 1/2 of what I should. Anyhow, I'm rambling
  8. Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I've got my menu started for tomorrow and was looking for a bit of help filling it out for dinner and adding in some additional things to put me up closer to my point level of 32. Thanks so much! Breakfast Banana Nut French Toast 5 pts Snack Laughing Cow Cheese 1 pt Apple 1 pt Lunch Bread 2 WW slices 2 pts Basil Tomato Garden Burger 2 pts Feta Cheese 2 pts? cucumbers 0 pts And so far that's all I have, yikes! Any help is so so appreciated!
  9. Thanks, it looks like I'm at 32 points!
  10. Hi guys, I ordered a WW starter kit on ebay and it didn't come w/any guidelines on how to know how many points to eat per day so the info is kind of pointless to me right now. I plan on attending WW meetings, but I'd like to start now I'm 5'4, 23, and 250 lbs. I'd also appreciate any general information on the program -Kristen
  11. Hi, I'm Kristen and I'm super extremely new to WW, but not to weight battles =). I'll give you guys some background on me first.... I'm 23 weighing in at 250. Three years ago I lost 75 lbs through healthful eating and exercise and kept it off for 2 years getting down to an all time low weight of 170 w/a pant size of 10. Last February I started having horrible anxiety which turned into a full blown panic disorder w/agoraphobia and that's when the problems began. I never left the house so my activity level plummetted. Then I started taking Lexapro which made me gain 13 lbs the first month, 50 lbs total. I'm off of the Lexapro and trying to regain control of my weight and fitness. So, that's me in a nutshell! I plan on attending WW meetings, but I ordered a starter kit on ebay for 50 bucks and it didn't come w/guidelines on how many points to eat! So, if anyone could help me there it would be so appreciated.. I really want to get started . I am so looking forward to getting to know all of you and being a part of this community! I read over some posts while I was waiting for my account to be activated and I think you guys are awesome -Kristen
