  1. Thanks everyone. I have to admit that I am 7 lbs over my goal weight at this time. I'm working hard to take them back off. Looking at my before picture helps remind me why I'm doing this.
  2. This picture is my sister and I on vacation in 2007 at the very start of my weight watchers journey. I'm on the left in the white shirt and was at 261 lbs. Here we are on vacation this year, 2009. Not a very good picture, but I'm once again on the left. My weight is 162, just a few pounds over my goal. I need to get back on track and take off the few pounds I put on over the summer and get back to my goal weight of 155.

    I posted this in the 100 Plus area, but I am so excited that I am posting here also. This morning I weighed in and am down to 199.4:bcb_grin Finally below the 200s. I couldn't have accomplished this without this board. Even though I don't post much, I am here almost everyday reading and getting inspiration from all of you. Thanks so much
  4. I don't have more energy yet. Still getting used to eating this way. I find that I have to eat every couple of hours or I get really hungry. I hoping that as my body gets used to this, it will become easier.
  5. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I started WW a little over a week ago. Lost just over 8 lbs so far. I am very determined to stay OP and lose the weight. It won't be easy, but I know I can do this.
