  4. Hello everyone! I've been registered in bcb for quite some time, but never really taken my journey to weight loss seriously. Well, it's time. I've managed to lose 37 lbs in a year and a half with WW, which isn't bad, I mean - I could've GAINED 37 lbs, right? I've been on again, off again since about this time last year and I'm tired of yo-yo-ing. I stopped going to WW meetings because why pay if I can't stay committed; money is tight anyway with me only working 2 days a week since my daughter was born almost two years ago. Anyway, it's time for me to take charge, really look at myself and stop playing the mind games with all my excuses. This weight needs to come off. It always seems I find a "good reason" to go off program. The holiday season is here and my b/day is Sunday... why get serious now? But, it's time. I read the bcb philosophy statement and I liked what I read. There is NO EXCUSE! Not anymore. there will always be something trying to get me off program, but NO MORE! Anyway, I'm not sure which group to post in. I'll be 27 sunday, so the 20's group might be too young for me; the other group I looked at was the WW at home group. Which forum should I start with? I read through some of the posts and liked both groups. Where should I start?
