  9. Taken from C'Mon America Let's Eat by Susan Powter 1/2 c. Tabasco 2 T. rice vinegar 1/2 c. chicken broth 2 T. Molly McButter or Butter Buds 20 chicken legs, with skin removed nonstick spray Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine Tabasco, vinegar, broth and Molly McButter over low heat about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Place legs on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Cook legs until brown, about 25 minutes. Pour sauce on top and cook 10 minutes more. Nutritional: Serving size 5 legs Servings per recipe 4 Calories 397 Total fat 12.65 grams Now....I have made this several times and it is very easy and very spicy! I figured 397 calories divided by 5 = 79.4..rounded up to 80 Fat 12.65 divided by 5 = 2.53 rounded up to 3 that makes 1 drumstick = 2 pts...I usually only eat a couple...

  12. WoW What a great idea! Love baked potatoes...but microwaving them is not the same...and I usually don't have time for the oven... I am definitely going to try this out.... thanks for the tip...
  13. I made this recipe this week and it was really easy... I put some of the chicken in a fajita size tortilla with some lettuce for my 11 yr old son and he really liked it. (he is pretty picky) I ate it with some ff refried beans and baked tortilla chips..yum! I think the leftovers were even better after sitting in the sauce overnite! Thanks for the recipe!
  14. I like these a lot! Took me some doing to find the bran...but I finally found it at a Whole Food Store in my area. Only 79cents for a big bag! what a deal! I froze them and have been eating 1 or 2 right from the freezer... Great..and helps with getting in that extra fiber too!
