  2. dont go to meetings - doing ww online. Did an excercise dvd today - Carmen Electra fit to strip. Man oh man it hurt! Went over by a half a point purely by accident. Miscounted and thought I had extra. Will make it up tomorrow. Sleep well all - seeya in the morning.

Rogan Josh Recipe As promised!!!! 5 spray low-fat cooking spray 2 medium onion(s), thinly sliced 2 clove garlic, crushed 2 piece ginger, 2 cm (1 inch) fresh, peeled and grated (I use ginger in a bottle) 4 chicken breasts, cubed 1 tablespoon spice, rogan josh powder (I make my own - 1tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, .5 tsp turmeric, 1-2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala or other curry powder) 400 g canned tomatoes, chopped 1 can Ratatouille (optional) 2 tablespoon tomato puree 1 portion stock cube, chicken, made up with 150 ml hot water 1 pinch salt 1 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground 1 teaspoon fresh coriander, to garnish Instructions Spray a large non-stick pan with low fat cooking spray. Heat, add onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until softened. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook until browned - about 5 minutes. Stir in spice powder. Add tomatoes, tomato puree, ratatouille and stock. Simmer, partially covered, for 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender, adding more stock, if needed. Season. Serve the chicken. Garnish with lime wedges and coriander sprigs. Serve with white/basmati rice. Yum! Points per serving with ratatouille - 3.5 Points per serving without ratatouille - 2.5 (sauce is free, just 'pay' for the chicken or other meat)
  4. How you all doing today? I woke up feeling sooooo much better! Stepped on the scale and I have lost 1.4kg this week! I'm so absolutely ecstatic! My dad reached his first goal today too, so celebrations are definitely warranted! To celebrate his goal I bought him a couple of fitness related things - a set of dumbells, sweat towel, gym bag, workout dvd, water bottle etc. Nothing related to food! So far today I have had a few rice cakes with cottage cheese, and am about to devour a pawpaw! Hope you are all sleeping well! Seeya Later!
