  2. Hello, I'm new here. I'm in my 20's and am located in the Midwest. I have kind of skimmed throughout the forums to see what everyone here is like and it seems great - you all seem really nice and caring towards each other and each other's success. I'm trying to lose about 15 lbs. I'm very short and it is difficult because I have to watch every single thing I eat, even if I am not dieting. I have always watched my diet throughout my life because being short means that an extra pound or two gained is noticeable. I'm only allowed 17 points a day and it is tough because that doesn't allow me to eat very much. Snacks, unless they are vegetables, are out of the question. I have noticed that a few other members here have less than 20 points a day as well. Has anyone ever had cravings for food you would never really eat? I never eat hostess cupcakes or anything like that but I crave that type of stuff when I can't eat them! PS - This isn't really relevent to my post but if anyone is interested I just bought these amazing lettuce wraps from costco. REALLY good and very filling and for two (I had 3) it is only 150 calories, 2.5g fat, and 1g of fiber. I haven't figured out the points for it but it doesnt sound like it would be much
