  6. Over the last several days, what Peggy said been on my mind. With yesterday being my birthday....I started thinking about where I wanted to be a year from now! I thought about what is "good in my life RIGHT NOW"! THE MOST IMPORTANT: I am blessed with a loving husband, children, and siblings. I am coming to terms with the death of my parents in a healthy manner...the loss hurt so much, but the love and memories of my parents will be with me forever. (It took me a year to realize that.) My thoughts about me: I am the healthiest I have been in years. I am still working on my cholesterol levels...my next appointment to check my levels again will be in 3 months...IF I have to go on medicine, it will not be because I did not try everything to stay off meds. I have learned that my body will not be the same as it was when I was a senior in high school...so for a 52 year old woman...with all the laugh lines and wrinkles...I am at a good place! SO...for me...using the weight loss tools that I know work...I will have a healthy year! "A year from now, I will..........I have not been able to think about that til now! Thanks buddies for "listening" to me!
  7. Thank you so much Buddies for the birthday wishes! I had wonderful day! My hubby asked me where I wanted to eat...I told him I would love for him to grill a meal to eat at home! So between hubby and daughter, they did a beautiful job from preparing the meal to setting the table! I got a SF birthday meal! Now the birthday cake was another story...so I just counted the points for it! Thanks again!
  8. Hi all....It has been a while since I posted on the daily, now SF Weekly thread! I have noticed lately that since I made lifetime....I have been getting lazy with everything....journaling, keep track of my WP, exercising....drinking water. I don't want to go down the path of "why did I do this to myself again after I worked so hard to get the weight off?" SO...I am starting "this minute" to use the tools that I know helps me to stay focused with my continuing weight loss success! The Weight Watcher's Plan..... It just helps me to post my thoughts! Thanks for being here!
