  1. I have a Wii Fit and I love it. Once you open the activities you can do longer workouts. I also love the yoga. I has really helped my Center of Balance. I recommend it completely!! Have fun!!
  2. I have been posting in the 30's thread. I check here every once in awhile. I am staying op. Not really losing anything. I just need to step up the exercise a bit. I am going to look into some classes for workout. I live in a small town so not much is offered. We have curves but it is a little expensive. With no money coming in and money going out, it is hard to do that. Hopefully I get a new job soon. We are closing the shop in a couple of weeks. I better get I am home today doing laundry and housework. I plan on tanning(have a bed), and working out when my son goes to school this afternoon!!
  3. OK I just realize when I got my envie that we were doing this again. So I didnt get mine sent. I will send it today. You can take me off the rotation. I have WAY to much going on right now. Plus the coupons are getting $$$$ to send. It is going to cost me over what I ususally spend. By the time I get the paper, and mail them, I am not saving much. Sorry ladies.   8. Oh Jessie I am soo sorry about your boys!! I hope they recover quickly. This time of year sucks. My sons allergys are horrible. I am glad and lucky no asthma. Ya Melissa still posts there. She is struggling a bit, but she just got that teaching job and is adjusting. She will get back on board soon. I will keep posting and when you get time you can join in.   12. I am gonna keep posting, someday someone will come join me again. Jenn- I hope the baby is fine. Melissa-Just keeping in touch here also!!Jesse- havent heard from you in a looooong time either. I did good yesterday. I miss counted my points and went over only 1. That is not bad. So I am 34/35 for the week. I didnt get my water in yesterday. Our water cooler at work froze. Piece of junk. I did get about 50 oz in instead of 60. I was ok with that. I think my belly is feeling a little tighter. Not a big amount but I can tell. I am really loving Turbo Jam. I do it everyday for 40 min. I miss walking but I just cant find time at night. I dont sweat it cause I am doing the Turbo Jam in the morning. I am keeping up with working out!! Staying OP and getting water in when I can!! Menu: cheerios coffee 3 2 small apples 1 Not sure where eating lunch, will probably eat a salad I will update Menu tonight when I get home. I better go I have to workout. I have 2hrs till lunch date!! Hope everyone has a OP day!!
