I just want to thank WWlynn for the very first answer to Pandorra's question because it really helped me understand about the "Simply Filling" technique.
  4. I Tissie, renew my commitment to staying OP on 04/19/09. I believe that I can accept and complete my challenge to the best of my ability. I realize this is work and accept the self-care price I must pay to achieve my mental and physical transformation. I commit to keeping a daily tracker that records my progress. I will adhere to the 9 healthy guidelines. I will expect and adapt to adversity and see tough times as learning opportunities. I will strive to take action and not to ruminate, bitch, moan, or whine. I will be self-assertive and fight for the right to take care of myself. I will acknowledge and reward myself for my achievements along the way .

  12. Fruit and Yogurt salad 1 lb. strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced/cut up. 1 can of Drained (in its own juice), crushed pineapple ( I used pineapple Tidbits ). 16 oz. ff cottage cheese (or near to that size) 16 oz. ff plain yogurt (I buy the 32oz. and half it) 1 small package sf strawberry jello Mix together and enjoy! ( I put the cottage cheese in the food processor and whipped it with the jello first) to make it smooth, to my liking, but not at all necessary! Variation: 2 cans Drained mandarin oranges in place of the strawberries. 1 small package sf orange jello in place of the strawberry kind.his is the one I use! Hope it helps!
