Low-Fat Chewy Chocolate Bars 2/3 cup extra-chunks peanut butter 1 (14oz.) can Fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1cup semisweet chocolate chips 1: Line 8inch square Aluminum pans 2: Place Peanut butter and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in medium bowl. Microwave at high 2 ½ minutes. Stir in ½ teaspoon vanilla. Spread mixture in pan. 3: Place remaining sweetened condensed milk and Chocolate chips in medium bowl. Microwave at high 1-½ minutes. Add remaining vanilla. Pour over Peanut Butter mixture. (Chill Until Firm) 20 servings: servings: 3 points per bar 24 servings: servings: 2.5 per bar ((((((Very Delious Taste just likes real chocolate bars))))Also note if you use fat-free Choclate chips it will make points go down in servings! Broccoli Casserole 2-20 ounce bags of frozen broccoli, thawed, cooked and drained 2-cups fat-free sour cream 1- Package dry onion soup mix 3/4-cup fat-free shredded cheddar Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray I-quart casserole pan with Nonstick spray. Mix broccoli, sour cream and onion soup mix. Spread in pan and sprinkle with cheddar. Place in oven and heat Until desired consistency. 6 servings 2 points per serving Need feed back if anyone like me post more?I love to share but no response on recipes I post! Easy Bacon and Cheese Omelet 1- Egg 1-tablespoon Hormel real bacon pieces or bits 2 tablespoons grated cheese or 3 tablespoons shredded' Beat egg; pour into heated skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Top with rest of ingredients. May add chopped onion, green peppers, and mushrooms. 5 points If made with l/4 cup egg substitute or 3 egg whites and non-fat Cheese, only 3 points

Turtle Pie 6-ounce graham cracker piecrust 4-ounce sugar-free chocolate pudding mix 1 1/2 cup skim milk -blend well l/4 cup Cool Whip (could use fat-free or lite) -mix into pudding 1- Cup Cool Whip (could use fat-free or lite) 2- Tablespoons chopped pecans 1-tablespoon caramel sauce 1-tablespoon miniature chocolate chips Combine pudding mix with skim milk and blend well. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into piecrust. Spread I cup Cool Whip Over top and sprinkle I-tablespoon miniature chocolate chips and 2 Tablespoons chopped pecans on top of Cool Whip. Chill at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, drizzle I tablespoon caramel sauce Over it. 8 servings...4 points per serving ( let me know what yall think)

Taco Soup 1 pound lean ground beef 2 cans whole kernel corn 2 cans fat-free pinto beans 2 cans tomatoes (diced) or 2 medium tomatoes (diced) 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 can mushrooms (pieces or sliced) or fresh mushrooms 1 package Taco seasoning 1 package Hidden alley Ranch dressing Brown the ground beef with onion. Drain well and add the next Seven ingredients. Cook on low to medium heat until hot. Simmer Until ready to serve. 1 1/2-cup servings 3 points per serving

Eggplant Parmesan (Makes 4 servings -4 points each) 1 eggplant (about 1-1/2 Ibs, pared and sliced 1/3" thick. 3 Tbsp Italian Breadcrumbs 3 Tbsp Fat Free Parmesan Cheese 15 oz Ragu Sauce (Light if available) 6oz Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella cheese Preheat broiler. Peel and slice eggplant (1/8" thick) and place on a baking sheet and heat in broiler for 5 minutes on each Side. Spread 1/4 cup sauce over bottom of an 8 bye8 baking dish. Arrange a single layer of eggplant on sauce; top with 1 Tbsp Each of parmesan cheese, and seasoned breadcrumbs. Add 1/3 of remaining sauce. Repeat layers. Bake, covered, in a 300 degree oven until heated through and cheese is melted, about one hour. (235 calories, 4 g fat, 4.3g fiber)

Cherry Cream Cheese Pie 1 eight ounce block fat-free cream cheese, softened 1 can "Eagle" brand fat-free sweetened’ condensed milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1-teaspoon vanilla 1 twenty one (21) ounce can of light cherry pie filling 1 "Keebler" reduced fat graham cracker pie crust Beat cream cheese-until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk And lemon juice. Mix well. Add vanilla and mix until well Blended. Pour into pie crust. Top with a 21 ounce can of light cherry pie filling. (You can also Make a light strawberry, blueberry, or peach) Place in refrigerator and allow to set, approximately 1-2 hours. 6 servings...4 1/2 points per serving

Grilled Citrus Chicken 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2pounds) 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup cider vinegar 3 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons lime juice 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper Place chicken in a shallow glass dish. Combine remaining Ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or Overnight. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill chicken over Medium-hot coals, turning once, until juices run clear, about 15 to 18 mintues 6 servings

Veg-AIl Casserole 2 cans Veg-All, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 tablespoons lite mayonnaise 4 ounces Velveeta lite cheese, cubed 12 saltine crackers, crushed 2 tablespoons country crock lite spread Mix Veg-All, soup, mayonnaise, and cheese. Put in casserole dish. Melt spread in pan, mix in crackers, put on top of casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 8 servings 3 points per serving

Lemon Pie 1- 16 ounce tub of fat free-Cool Whip 1 cans Borden’s fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1 package of lemonade Kool-Aid (sugar-free) 1 Keebler fat free graham cracker crust Mix first three ingredients together. Pour into crust and chill for at least three hours. Lemon for garnish (optional) 8 servings 3 points per serving

Potato Salad 2-Pounds medium red potatoes 2 -tablespoons white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon seasoned .salt 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 1 hard-cooked large egg, chopped 1- hard-cooked large egg white, chopped 1- Tablespoon grated fresh onion 1-tablespoon dill pickle relish 2- Tablespoons .chopped fresh parsley 1/3-cup light mayonnaise 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream 3- Tablespoons low-fat buttermilk 1- Tablespoon yellow mustard 1) Place potatoes in a saucepan, and cover with water; bring to A boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until Tender; drain. Let cool 15 minutes. Peel potatoes and cut Into cubes. 2) Combine cubed potatoes, vinegar, seasoned salt, and pepper In a large bowl; toss well. Add celery and next and next Ingredients and toss gently. 1 CUP 4 points per serving

Boot camp Chili 2 POINTS Per serving 1 Ingredients: 6 cans of Chili Beans in Sauce (15 oz can) 2 cans Crushed Tomatoes (28 oz) 12 oz cooked 90% lean ground beef (about 1 lb raw) 2 onions, chopped (2 cups or to taste) 1 chili powder to taste Salt, pepper to taste Instructions: Brown the beef and drain' well. Combine with all the other ingredients and simmer uncovered until the Onions are tender, stirring frequently. TIP! The longer you cook the better. The beans used in this recipe are Aldi' s Brand and' total 27 points For all six cans. Recipe points can be either higher or lower:' Depending on the beans you use.

Pork chop and potato casserole Serving -4 Estimated POINTS per serving - 7 Course Main Meals Ingredients 1 can Campbell’s healthy request cream of mushroom soup ... 4 -3 oz lean pork chops 2 med. potatoes 1/2 c. skim milk 1 small onion Instructions Brown pork chops and sliced onion in Pam. peel and slice potatoes. Spray a 9 by 13 pan with Pam and arrange potatoes in a single layer. In A small bowl mix milk and soup. Pour over potatoes then put pork chop And onion on top. Top with salt pepper and garlic salt. Cover pan tightly With foil and cook for 1 1/2 hrs at 325. . Special Notes If the pork chops are thicker sometimes I will bake this dish 2 hrs. It is Devine. I usually serve with broccoli and light Velveeta.

Weight Watcher Chili 3 pounds lean (97%) or Maverick ground beef 2 cups onion, peeled and diced . 1-cup bell pepper, diced 1-cup celery, diced 3- 15 Ounce cans of tomato sauce 3 cans of tomato soup 3 cans pinto or kidney beans 1-tablespoon garlic powder 1-teaspoon salt n 1-teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons chili powder 1) Brown onion, celery, and bell pepper, with ground beef. Drain and rinse in colander. 2) Return to pot and add seasonings, soup and sauce. 3) Stir and simmer for 45 minutes. 4) Add beans and heat for additional 30 minutes. Two-cup servings 5.5 points per serving
