  9. Welcome and Congrats on making a healthy lifestyle change! This is a great board. I know when I have been down and out, I have come here and everyone here has encourage me to keep on going, and I have met some really supportive friends on here. The walking sounds great. I walk 3 miles in a hiking trail almost everyday that I can. It clears my mind, and I feel great afterward. Start small, thats what I did, and then build up.     Easy Pumpkin cookies

    This might sound like a wierd ?, but when you guys say spoonful, what do you mean, b/c I can get alot on a spoonful!!!! I'm just tryng to make sure the points value is going to be the same. Should I use a tablespoon measureing spoon or a teaspoon one, and how much of it? Sorry to ask so many ?'s Thanks for your help! Nessa
