  1. How much do you drink? How do you get it all in? Is there some rule about body weight / 2 oz? What have changes in water intake done for your program?
  2. Greetings! My name is Tory and I just joined this site today. I have been doing WW for about 4 weeks. I've lost about 6 lbs and I am starting to get confident that I can LIVE WW rather than just do it for a while. I am a 29 year old teacher, married and mother to a 3 year old girl. I used to be super active, an avid runner, but after blowing a tendon, having a baby and changing careers I let it all go and let myself balloon up to over 200lbs. Would someone be willing to give me an intro into the site, what boards I should frequent, how to buddy up and sort of how to start? I have been frequenting the WW boards but I am so excited to see such an active community here. Thanks for your help!
