Wow, as they say, great minds think alike. I just pulled this recipe out of the archives and made it for myself. Besides the fact that its delicious, it can also be cut up, packed individually and frozen, for a quicky breakfast when in a hurry or whatever. Judy :bcbsalute

A & P supermarkets have the lady fingers in the fresh fruit section with those little pound cake cups. I've seen them in the fruit section of other supermarkets as well. Good luck! Judy

I have a stuffing recipe that I would like to try for Thanksgiving that calls for 3 Qts. of crumbled cornbread among other things. Can anyone tell me how many cups of cornbread this would be? Thanks in advance. Judy

Hi Jac 1 from a fellow Bergenite! I agree about the Dr. Praegers being great and was surprised when my leader told me that Dr. Praeger practices right here in Bergen County! (Her name is Shelley, and I was wondering if you ever heard of her?) Best wishes, Judy

Nix - When you print out the recipe the nutritional values appear in a box at the bottom of the page. For example, I printed out Impossibly Easy Bacon Pie and it came out 225 cal. for 1 serving = 4.5 points a serving. This is a great site and I want to say thanks to Gillie for suggesting it! Judy

My WW leader gave this out at last weeks meeting. To 1 can Progresso minestrone soup add with liquid: 1 16 oz. can corn 1 can diced tomatoes, (a larger can of Redpack diced is good) 1 16 oz. can mixed vegetables 1 16 oz. can red, black or white beans (your choice) Mix well in a large soup kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow soup to simmer a little while to combine flavors. Allow it to cool and store in fridge for when the hunger strikes or when you don't have many points left for dinner. 1 cup = 1 point Yield: 10 cups Judy

Thanks for the great recipe and the excellent website. . .I love it, especially the bread machine section. I just got a Zojirushi and it has a recipe for a Blueberry loaf and even a meatloaf. Great fun! Judy

Address for Weight Watcher Crockpot Cookbook
jerseyj posted a topic in Crock Pots & Pressure Cookers
I promised this addie to someone a while back and just found it. "Weight Watchers in Good Time" A slow cooker recipe book published by Oxmoor House. For some reason it can only be purchased by ordering it. The number to call is 1 800 478-9387. Its 12.95 and free S & H. I'm not sure if it is still in stock, but definitely worth the try. Judy -
