  2. Hi Girls, I went off of ww for 5 days...YIKES and I took three days off from exercising too. It was a rough Easter Vacation and unfortunatley I turned torwards food and drinks to console myself. Today is my first day back on ww. Here is this weeks plan for me: Sun- rest Mon- rest Tues- Body Sculpting Basics Wed- Low Impact Aerobics Thurs- Aerobics without weights Fri- Body Sculpting Basics Sat- Low Impact Aerobics

Will I lose more weight faster if I don’t eat my activity points this week? I already ate my flex points for the week on Sun. What do you think?   11. Nancy! Thank you for your support! You are soooo right. That is just what I needed to hear. My Dh and family always want to "treat" me with food if things go wrong or crazy in my life but that is why I am so unhappy with my current weight and eating habits. I am sure I am out of points this week because the days I went off of ww was because of two different parties with a ton of alcohol and very rich foods. Though I am back on the program today. I am so glad to have the support here from fellow firmies...you're such great examples! ~Amber
  12. Ugh! Girls, I have had a horrible week with WW. Two days off completey of just eating everything in sight, plus I already used my wwfp! I have had two major job interviews this week and also family drama...did I mention PMS yet?   14. Hi Girls, Kimberly - My Dh always make fun of the men on the tapes as well. Which I have to admit they do look pretty funny. Heidi - Those mustaches are dated that for sure... I know their outfits and the music are so 80's which is funny to watch compared to the new Firm DVDs. I grew up watching my mom do these tapes and I hated them then because I wanted to watch cartoons...anyways, it is weird to think that now I am the one doing these tapes again (I used them during college as well). I can't wait for them to reshape my OUT OF SHAPE body . How is everyones week going? It is snowing here today. YEAH! ~Amber Marie
