  1. I hope this helps. It's from the 'Hungry Girl' newsletter. Grilled Dijon Chicken & Portobellos (450 calories) - Grilled chicken is topped with those portobellos as well as roasted red peppers, cheddar cheese, and a Dijon sauce. AND it comes with steamed herb potatoes and a side of veggies. We love this! Spicy Shrimp Diavolo (500 calories) - For those who like it HOT, this meal of chilied-up shrimp, spicy tomato-basil sauce, veggies, and Parm-sprinkled whole-wheat pasta should give your hunger a fiery kick to the curb. Asian Crunch Salad (490 calories) - Greens, sugar snap peas, roasted red peppers, and cukes are topped with grilled chicken, sliced almonds, and an Asian vinaigrette dressing. AMAZING! Asiago Peppercorn Steak (390 calories) - This grilled sirloin with cracked peppercorn and melted cheese is crazy-good. Piles of mixed veggies and potatoes accompany it. WOWOW, it's good. Grilled Shrimp & Island Rice (290 calories) - You get skewers of seasoned shrimp over tropical rice, plus a lovely assortment of veggies on the side. Mmmmm.... so much delicious shrimp!
  2. Another great product is Smart Squeeze ...0 fat and 5 calories per tablespoon ...nice, creamy, buttery flavor. I use it in baking (substitute for fats) and on veggies.

I'm not crazy about the WW ice cream in the little round cups, but I can't stay away from the sundae's ...especially the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae and the Peanut Butter Cup Sundae ...I WISH they WERE disgusting (to me!), then I'd stop buying and eating them ...I think they're great ...Oh well, "different strokes for different folks" ...I can eat just one, though ...

  5. Diet Swiss Miss (25 calories per pack) is 0 points ...that's not a veggie ...Oh, I forgot ...chocolate is a bean!
  6. I'm thinkin' that it must be the franchise. I've never had a bad WW meal at our Applebees ...I've tried almost everything. The portions are nice sized (huge amounts of steamed broccoli!), and it comes hot and seasoned perfectly! I do think that they charge more than they should for the WW meals ...I'd eat there more if it weren't so expensive.
