  1. Hi Ladies! Things have been so stressful and crazy around here. The DBF and I got into a huge blowout with the landlord and we are trying to get out of here. We are looking to buy a coop in the area. I would be the only one signing the mortgage bc the BF doens't have any credit. The maintenance is pretty steep for this 1 bedroom, but it is much larger that the other 1 bedrooms. I'm so stressed, scared and excited at the same time. Needless to stay I have been completely NOT OP. I have been working out 2x a week, but the weight keeps creeping on. Its like when I get really stressed out, everything goes down the toliet.   5. Hey ladies, I am soooo pissed!!!! TOM came in full force yesterday which led to no exercise and making brownies with Choc chips in them Between the weather and the cramps, all i wanted to do is crawl into bed with a heating pad. I also jumped on the scale this morning and I am WAY UP!!! >> I'm so disappted!

  7. Evening Ladies, TG the week is 1/2 way over!! YIPPPEEE Good day today, stayed OP and went to kick boxing Depending on how I feel tomorrow, either I'll go to kick boxing again, or do the Shred. I like the Shred because I feel like I get more strength training than kick boxing, but its only 30mins, but maybe Ill play a lil wii fit tomorrow too! Quiet on the board today.   9. Evening all! Well I'm in class right now.. yuck! I am taking an Intro to Finance class.. I'm going for an MBA in Corporate Finance... Today was a good OP day ... got a 50min power walk in at lunch because the weather was pretty warm here..cloudy but warm . For dinner I had the V8 Butternut squash soup.. 5 pts for the whole thing (2c) but it was so filling and I'm getting my veggies! Quinny ~ I'm taking a Intro to Finance class.. figured I have the accounting down, lets go after finance now..lol Hope you catch up on sleep and DD is feeling better.. what is croop??   11. Morning Ladies, Well I wasn't able to not eat after 9pm. I was talking to a friend after kick boxing last night, so I got home later than I thought I would. I did stay OP though, so I don't feel too bad. Tuesdays are my long days because I have class from 8 -11pm I will try and stop by during the day.. I am going to take a break from exercise tonight and go to kick boxing on Wed and Thurs. Adele ~ :bcb_bravo:bcb_bravo with the weight loss!!!! keep the journaling up !   13. Morning Ladies, Figured I would start the thread this week! Hope everyone is doing well. I did great all week, and then lost it Saturday and Sunday. I mean I wasn't terrible, and was good in the am.. it was as the sun went down that I just lost it! I didn't journal like I wanted to! On a positive note, I did however lose a 1lb!!! Reposting my goals: Here are my goals for November... 1. Post on BCB every day. (Stole this from Melissa..thanks ) 2. Drink atleast 8 8oz glasses of water. 3. Exercise 4 times per week (3 - 4hrs per week). 4. Journal calories burned for every exercise. 5. Keep a journal and write EVERYTHING in it! 6. NO MINDLESS EATING!!! 7. Lose at least 1lb per week. 8. NO eating after 9pm Well I'm going to go start up the journal thread. Have a great monday morning!!

  15. Morning... Stopping by to say hi and checking in! Off to NJ today for some car races!!! Should be fun. I AM going to be MINDFUL of my food choices today! I made an egg with a whole grain english muffin for breakfast, to hopefully hold me over so when we make a pit stop I don't make bad decisions! I will try and stop by tonight. KEEEP IT UP GIRLS!!!
