  1. Try those new steaming bags that they have out there on the market. Just put your vegies in there, squash, zuchinni, onions, a little bit of Mrs. Dash seasoning, whichever one you like and steam it for between 3 and 6 minutes. The bags are wonderful. I have been actually getting the frozen vegies and putting them in the steaming bags and they come out perfect. I'm definitely hooked on them now. Last night I made zuchinni and squash in the bags with some seasoning. The night before I used frozen broccoli and just used some of that butter spray after they were done. Give it a try. You may really like it.
