  1. My husband makes turkey hash with leftover turkey and it's really good and very points friendly. I a large non-stick skillet sprayed with olive oil pam saute 1-2 large sliced onions until transparent. Take either a large potato or 2 smaller ones and cut into a large dice. Place in pan and saute until potatoes are cooked and starting to brown (sort of like hash browns). Add 8 oz. cooked turkey and continue cooking until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste (we like it a little on the peppery side). That's it. I'm not sure of the points off-hand, but I know it's points friendly and delicious. We freeze leftover turkey in 8 oz. packages and pull some out of the freezer for a quick and easy dinner. Just add some steamed veggies or a salad and dinner is made!!! Enjoy!!! Barbara
  2. I made this bread this weekend in my ABM. Followed the reciped exactly and it came out delicious. I cooked it on the Whole Wheat setting. Only thing was that it didn't rise much. Is it suppose to be like this? Thanks, Barbara
