  1. I recently saw a recipe for "Baked Oatmeal" - some of the ingredients were oatmeal [of course]; 0% fat yogurt; unsweeted applesauce; blueberries; eggs; milk; grated apple - that's all I can remember. HOpe someone has this recipe; it sounded amazing. Thanks. B.
  2. How about making a lasagne using a basic marinara sauce using core ingredients - tomatoes, ground chicken, onions, garlic, celery, finely chopped carrots, basil, oregano etc Then instead of using lasagne noodles, use polenta - you can buy the cooked polenta in a tube - and just slice it;
  3. This was the most amazing breakfast - so satisfying; so tasty - and so versatile. Thank you son much. B.
