  1. Hi everyone. Some of you may remember me, I started WW back in April of this year and used this site until July. I've had a lot going on in my life and have been unable to post, but I'm back! And I need the support of my "buddies" again now more than ever. As of last night, I have lost 41 pounds on WW. Not bad considering everything that I've had going on in my life. I quit smoking on August 3rd and had an out patient surgery on August 29th. I gained about 8 pounds back between quitting, and having axiety about the surgery. It's September now, and I'm back on track. I'm not allowed to exercise for one month, or until my doctor gives me permission to. So my weight-loss is going to be strictly "diet" related. (Which that's basically what it has been all along.) But we'll see how this goes. Wish me luck!

  4. Hi everyone...I did it...I made my 10% goal today...I usually WI on Friday's but I decided to do a Tuesday morning "spot check"...to keep me focused and my inspiration high... Today I was shocked to see 193.4...I didn't believe my eyes...but after the 3rd or 4th time...It sunk in!...I'm so excited!... I'm right on track with my goals...(actually I'm ahead of my goals!...So I need to rethink them)...Took me 6 1/2 weeks to get this weight off...and it's not coming back!...
  5. Have you talked to your doctor or a nutritionist about the best way for you to take the weight off?... Remember to drink plenty of water...it will really help to flush everything out of your system...I like to "sneak" exercise in...when I'm at work making copies or filing...when I'm cooking dinner...during commercials...anytime I'm standing still...I walk in place...or side to side steps...(The other day at the grocery store there was a huge line...and I'm standing there with my basket and usually I would sit it on the floor and kick it ahead of me...but instead I stood there doing reps of lifting it until my arms couldn't take it anymore...lol...)... Try to stay positive and remember that it will take time for it to come off...everyweek is not going to be perfect...there will be bumps in the road...that you will overcome...set small goals as well as larger ones...keep those in your mind...and think about what you will do/look/feel like at your goal weight...   11. Welcome to BCB...I just started the Flex Program last week and am loving it...lost 8.4 lbs my first week...
