  1. I have no advice as I have never run a 5k but have a great race!!
  2. I have recently got an elliptical to use. Anyone out there using one of these? What is a good goal to work up to? Those who use them do you focus on time spent on it or rotations made?

  4. I would like to join in I weight in on Sundays. This I think will be good motivation for me.
  5. Oh I will be trying this one this week. We will porbally have it with tortilla chips or tortilla wraps yummy I cann't wait to try it.
  6. 1. I have no clue on the exercise question. I was assume when doing them back to back you add the time and count that as one workout session. what is the difference in points when doing them separate or together when doing morning and afternoon? on question three I have heard it said many times on here you may not roll your daily points over. You use them or lose them. Some one more experienced will be able to give a more detailed reason why. I know if I started roll them over I would abuse them eating very little one day so I could pig out the next that is why I don't roll them over, but I know there is a more scientific reason.
  7. I have had a dentist do a tem. filling instead of temp crown it felt very simular to me, it felt alot like the crown after the first few days I could eat like normal.

    I am going to make these tonight to take to work. But they did not have rollos at aldis so I bought milky ways I hope they still turn out ok. We'll see. I know it will probably up the points a bit but that is ok becouse I am hoping to only eat one.
