  1. I don't think this is the one you're hoping for, but maybe it will do. I found it on the WW website under recipe reviews. 2 c. Splenda 8 T. I can't Believe It's not Butter fat free margarine 1/2 c. skim or 1% milk 1/3 c. cocoa 3 c. quick cooking oats In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, margarine, milk & cocoa and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes stirring often. Remove from heat and add the oats. Drop by Tablespoons onto waxed paper. Makes 24. 2 for 1 point. (I personally think I'd add some peanut butter, then run it through e-tools and check the points since the 'real' recipe calls for peanut butter).

What is CW? TP? +10? For those of us who don't know these definitions, this is soooooo confusing... keep in mind, I'm easily confused though. lol
  3. Put every imagineable kind on that cookie sheet, then after roasting, heat a flour tortilla, fill it up with the veggies, some fat free cheese and salsa and roll up... It's soooooooo good and very low in points.

    Oh My! Chai

I don't know anything about that... or Chai, in fact, except that the new WW snacks "Vanilla Chai" are toooooo good.
  6. Years ago, there was a WWer Monte Cristo Sandwich that was baked.... do you have that recipe.... or another one that you like? I need one. Thanks.
  7. I made this for the first time tonight and loved it. 4 chicken breasts 1 package taco seasoning 1 c. salsa 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. light sour cream Spray crockpot with Pam spray. Add the chicken. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cover with salsa. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Remove chicken. In a small amount of cold water, mix cornstarch and add to the salsa mix. Stir in sour cream and mix well. Turn pot to high and let heat until thickened. Divide over chicken. Serves 4 Points 3
  8. I would like to know how to count I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray when using it by the TBSP or quarter-cups. Just counting 5 sprays is not helpful to me. I know it has fat in it because I spritzed it on a shirt and didn't treat the spot and when laundering, it left a greasy spot. ick. I e-mailed Parkay, but do you think they responded with my question? Nope! Any ideas/info on how to count it by measuring listed above?
  9. I'm assuming that the applesauce and the Eggbeaters won't change the points any? This sounds really good. If I could trust myself with cake in the house, I'd try it, but since I can't, maybe I'll take it to a church dinner soon.

Has anyone heard of this? I had a WWer friend ask me about it this week, a friend of hers had said it was one of 'our' recipes and that it was wonderful. I can't find it on the WW website, so thought I'd check here. Thanks,
  11. A fellow member handed me this recipe and has it figured for 1.5 pts. per 12 pieces. I don't think so. Please help me: 1 BOX SPICE CAKE MIX: cal: 180; fib: 0; fat: 4.(this is for 1/12th of the mix). 20 oz. CAN SPLENDA SWEETENED APPLE PIE FILLING: cal: 30 cal; fib: 1 gm; fat: 0. (times 7 as this is for 1/7th of a can). 1 LG. EGG + 2 EGG WHITES; PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 AND BAKE 40-45 MIN. YOU MIX THIS WITH ELECTRIC MIXER WHICH CHOPS UP THE APPLES REALLY WELL. Thank you soooo much. Suzi Q
  12. I don't have a clue. I'd forgotten all about them but I used to check in there occasionally. It's interesting that they would go out of business, however, the fat-free diet phaze seems to about have run it's course, so could be they just don't have the business they had in the beginning... remember when Susan Powter was the face you saw on TV everyday? I wonder what she's doing for a living now. Suzi Q
  13. Becky, I am a Leader and our Leader Materials specifically tell us that foods with added calcium may NOT be used as a milk requirement. If you will look in the Getting Started book on the page where the foods are listed that are good sources of calcium, you'll notice those with an asterik and then read at the bottom of the page, you should come to that conclusion as well. If your leader does not agree with that - (now assuming she has the same leader materials that I do) she will find this specifically stated on page 235. Suzi Q
  14. As far as coupons go, if you keep your eye on the web, many places offer cents off to print, others you can request to be sent. I won't do it because I think they sell my addy to other places but if you're not dealing with spam and/or know how to rid it from your computer, you might check it out. Suzi Q
  15. Thanks for all the replies. I have found the answer to the berry question by digging and reading ALL my materials. It says that generally a serving of fruit is 1/2 cup or one piece. I'm going to count berries as 1/2 = one serving, but the raisin question still stands. No mention of them specifically anywhere that I read. I think they would not fall into the 'generally' category. Again, thanks. Suzi Q
