  3. I made this on the weekend and it is definetley a keeper. I use 1 1/2 cups of Cheeze Whiz Light and a 1kg package of Presidents choice Beta-Blend frozen mixed vegetables(broccoli, cauiflower and carrots) I pureed the whole thing and I love it. Nancy

  7. I found this soup somewhere on the internet and can't remember where so sorry if I tread on someones toes. This is easy and delicious. I would even serve it to guests with a dab of ff sour cream and chopped chives sprinkles on top. 6 cups water 4 cups cauliflower--chopped 2 cups sliced carrots 1/2 cup chopped onions 4 chicken bouillon cubes 2 tbsp chppoed parsley salt--to taste ( I didn't add this at all) pepper--to taste In large saucepan, add all ingredients except salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender ( about 20 min.) Place vegetable in food processor and puree.(I used my hand held mixer) Add salt and pepper. Reheat and serve. Serving size:6 Per serving: 47 Calories, 1g Fat, 2g Protein,9g carb.,0mg cholesterol, 3g fiber

  9. Sarah, My WW leader told us about Yves Veggie Meatballs available in some Ontario grocery stores. They would likely be in the vegetable section along with their Veggie Burger and wieners. I think she said 4 or 5 meatbells are 1 point, but don't quote me, use your points calculator for that one. HockeyMom

  13. I saw this recipe yesterday and I just happened to have some frozen banana thawing on my kitchen counter at the time. I ran out to the store bought some apple sauce and made it. MMM good! It was a hit around my house. Thanks. HockeyMom
  14. Wow! I tried the Chicken with Blueberrie Sauce on the weekend and it's fabulous. My guest were very impressed. I was pleased that my fussy kids ate it also (without the blueberries of course :rolleyes: but at least they ate it). Thanks mrszotz. HockeyMom
