  1. Someone likened it to switching from a PC to a MAC. Different, but the same. Both will get you to where you want to go.
  2. Wow! You are so brave. I am a "lurker" on this site. Rarely posting, but reading alot. Your post made me want to respond in my understanding of your situation. I am also addicted to food. I think about dinner as I am eating lunch. I "sneak" food because I am embarrased that I am eating more. I made lifetime awhile back, but am slowly creaping up as I am unable to get back on track. Just wanted you to know that you are not alone and I admire the courage of your post. Good luck!
  3. I DID IT! Lifetime reached on 2/28/09. It took 11 months to lose 28.2 pounds, but I stuck with it and I did it!
  4. Well, I did it. After 9 months and probably 4 restarts over the years I reached my WW goal!! Saturday was a great day, and I am very proud. Thanks for all of the inspiration
  5. Slowly but surely....I got my 10 lb ribbon this Saturday. It took me 17 weeks to do it, but I did not give up. Now on to my 10%!!
  6. Ok, so I know I already saw this in a thread somewhere on BCB...but I recently bought the Wii Fit and it is GREAT. You feel more like you are playing a game then exercising. It keeps track of your time, and BMI/weight if you want. There are aerobics and balance games as well as a trainer that will guide you through yoga and strength exercises. It has really jumpstarted my weight loss! Hope this helps someone.
  7. My leader always says "Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a pauper." Maybe eating more during the morning will help. You don't want to eat late just to use up points and then have it just stay with you.
