  5. The Roast Chicken Ranch market fresh sandwich has always been my favorite thing at Arby's. I went to Arby's today for lunch, and found out that it's actually pretty low in points for fast food at only 7 points with the ranch sauce and 5 without it! I just got the peppercorn ranch on the side and put a little bit on so I could control how much was on it. A little bit of the ranch really went a long way and gave it a lot of flavor. It is a big sandwich too. That and a baked potato with a smear of butter really filled me up, and I was ravenous. The baked potato was 4 points, so about 10 points for lunch isn't so bad for fast food. Also, it's on the $5 combo menu so you get all that plus a drink for $5. The whole sandwich with all the ingredients: Cal:360 Fat:10 Fiber:3 Individual ingredients: Roast Chicken: Cal- 90, Fat- 1, Fiber- 0 Parmesan Peppercorn Ranch: Cal- 70, Fat- 8, Fiber- 0 Tomato Slice: Cal- 5, Fat- 0, Fiber- 0 Red onion rings- all 0 Lettuce- all 0 Sourdough bread- Cal- 190, Fat- 0.5, Fiber- 2

    Yay!

Thanks everyone! The first week wasn't a huge surprise because I really messed up that weekend when my mom and sisters were in town. I was OP the first day they were here, but then just fell apart the last 2 days. So, I was hoping for a miracle and didn't get it on that first weigh in. But, I guess the right word was I was disappointed, not discouraged, because I felt really motivated after that. I realized there was no point in doing this program half way, and I needed to give it my all. I worked out almost every day this week and stayed OP. It feels great to have a success, and I'm hoping I continue to have a loss each week. I'm really shooting for 2 lbs a week, so this week's big loss was a pleasant surprise. Being out of school for the summer has also helped a LOT. I barely have time to shower during school so, it's hard to make time to work out or even spend the time looking up points and logging them. But, I'm hoping that this summer will get me into the habit of it all so that it becomes easier to do it during the school year. I really want to come back to school in the fall looking like a new person, so that's been a great motivation for me so far!
  14. Ooo Christi that Blue Bunny icecream sounds good! I'm going to try that next time.
  15. I like the WW icecreams. They are kind of expensive, but I think worth it when I have a sweet tooth. The fudgsicles are only a point and really good. I also like the sugar free puddings. I can never satisfy my sweet tooth with fruit or anything like that (I wish I could!)...I LOVE chocolate so I had to find some good substitutes for those cravings I get. I'd be interested to find out what other people eat for their sweet tooth too!

    Yay!

Just wanted to report that I lost 3.6 pounds this week! I had a disappointing first weigh in last week where I gained 0.6 lbs . So this week was especially rewarding! I feel great and motivated! Thank you for all your support... This forum has really helped me stay on track.
  17. Sounds good! I also like the individual portioned meals. They are quick and portion controlled. I like the SmartOnes meals, and I'm going to have to add these to my shopping list.

  25. How weird! I just bought these at the store the other night. I bought the cheese one and the caramel ones. They are both delicious and I though the same thing that the cheese ones taste like Cheetos. I think they are a great snack and a good chips substitute to satisfy the craving for a salty or sweet snack.
