I'm back from Cape Cod. I finished my week with swimming and walking on the beach each day. Unfortunately, I did have a small gain this week of .6. It's ok, I know I tried really hard to at least maintain, and this little blip on the scale will be gone by next week. Jen, have a great weekend at the cabin! 7/9 - The FIRM vol. IV

Jen, I'm just so happy to have this opportunity! Your weekend rafting sounds awesome -and a battery-operated blender?
