  1. If you feel hungry for too long, there is a major chance that you overeat in your nest meal, which defeats the whole purpose of dieting. Thats why small meals often are key.

  12. Dont give up! This is why I hate scales, you should be weighing yourself once a month. If you are losing .8 every week, you are doing something right!

    Your body may be just getting used to newer and all good foods. They are flushing, and usually high protein diets will lead to different digestion. Also, Olean has an effect on the digestive system.
