  1. Laura, I am in the same boat with you. This is my 1st post since last fall, in fact I was doing really well and lost about 13 lbs in 1 1/2 months. Hurricane Ike came and I totally fell off track and have not been able to get back on track. Laura, let's just get online as often as we can and get back in control. This site really helped me before and all the support that everyone gives. I don't attend the meetings.....and I always felt like this was like going to a meeting everyday just by logging on. I am so glad I got back on the site tonight and read your post first!!! Thanks!!! Kathy
  2. You look great!! Congratulations on you loss!
  3. Well I LOVE THEM!! I love the chocolate cream filled..... One of the nurses makes cupcakes often for all of the staff & I have the 100 cal pack on hand just in case so I won't be tempted to eat the "real thing". I think mine taste just as good & I have 3 to eat instead of the one large one. LOL They must not have had to deal with weight loss and enjoy sweets!
  4. Stay postive, plan, plan & plan some more to keep you on track!! Keep posting & keep a journal. These are some of the things that help me!
  5. Congratulations on your weight loss! I have been posting here for about 3 weeks & have found tons of support! I am an ER nurse and work 12 hour shifts...so I don't usually work out on my work days. If you like challenges, there is a Halloween challenge starting Monday. This changed my weigh in from Friday to Monday....I think it is under the 50 pound group....join in!! Keep posting and logging on for support...
  6. Plan everything...daily meals and keep a journal of everything you put in your mouth! Log in as much as possible and you will find tons of support here. We all have the same goals....to lose weight, feel better & look good! If you like challenges, there is a Halloween challenge going on....
  7. WELCOME I have to keep telling myself it does not matter how long, just as long and I am seeing a loss.
  8. I just found this group last night and signed on today. I am going to have to spend time navigating around. I am 41, been married to my hubby for 23 years. My daughter is 21 & and my twin boys are 15. The road is going to be long. My current weight is 240 & I have set my goal at 160. I think it will help if I just think 10 lbs at a time. Walking most everyday...I am a nurse in a busy ER and just want to crawl to bed after working 12 hr shifts!!
