  1. The coupons are sent via e-mail, they are redeemable only on their website, they normally send them out every so often, but, I haven't gotten any for some time so I thought mabye I want' on the mailing list anymore. Mabye they have stopped doing it, not sure.
  2. I know that sometimes they send out mailing with coupon codes for like $2.00 off, I haven't gotten one lately, has anyone gotten one? I just thought I would check before I place an order! Thanks so much! NEON
  3. I am sure you all have seen the Flat Out breads in the store and advertised in the WW mags, they are long flat pieces of bread that look like a tortilla but taste like bread. I found they have a new once that is low carb and has 110 calories and 15 grams of fiber, it came out to be 2 pts - I took one and put on some 99% fat free turkey and I have the deli slice me up some colby/jack cheese super super thin so it is like paper and put some of that on it and rolled it up and it was really good. The bread, unlike other low-carb fare, has a nice texture and taste. I would really recommend this. They also had a low-carb Italian Herb bread, however, I haven't tried that one yet.
  4. Perhaps they are using a combination of sweetners like malitol ( I think that is what it is called) with the Splenda. It is those other sweeteners that they use, like in the sugar-free candy and such, that makes people sometimes have gastrointestinal side effects.
  5. YES! This is the BEST yogurt I have ever tried, I am part of a organic food co-op, so, I am able to buy a case of it for about $12, but, between ordering times I get this at Whole Foods or Trader Joes. Their fruit on the bottom low-fat yogurt is also 2 pts and tastes so rich and delighful and none of that aftertaste from the aspartame yogurts. The fruit is nice and chunky and just is the BEST TASTING yogurt I have ever had. Another good yogurt to try is this total greek greek yogurt i get at Trader Joes. It is 80 calories, so. 2 pts, but has close to 20 grams of protein as I recall. I get the plain unsweetened one and add berries and spenda to it. They didn't have it for a while though because they said of import problems or something liek that it would be a while till they got it in.
  6. I can't wait to try this, Chai is my absolute favorite, I buy the Tazo Chai tea bags (starbucks uses the Tazo Chai Tea mix) and brew it myself and add my own sweetner and soy milk since Starbucks is a bit sweet to me, but, when I am out and about nothing beats a good ole Starbucks iced or hot Chai for a treat. I will have to check out KRoger tonight and see if my store has it.
  7. Certainly, I was not bashing Lays, I actually took the opportunity to call the company to voice my opinion on the matter after I posted this thread. They indicated that they indeed had posted a notice of the change, however, I don't typically eat these things, so, I never would have noticed the sticky label on the bag, but, I still think that something using Olean should be labeled on the front of the package. Again, no one was bashing Lays, this is a forum of free speech and opinion, and, honestly, all of these companies are in the business for one reason, to make money, and we, as consumers, have to be aware of their sneaky practices.
  8. I found this at Wal-Mart and really liked it too, it had a bit of an aftertaste, however, for 1 pt it is a nice substitue for the real thing. It was only about $2.50 for a 4-pack.
  9. No one seemed to mind the smell, true it did linger and the entire office building seemed to smell of it, however, it was very similar to if you are burning like a Yankee Candle or something like that with a caramel smell and it makes the house smell that way. I wish I could find a candle with that same smell, I would burn it all the time LOL :-)
  10. oK, I just popped it, first of all, the smell is UNBELIVABLE, it smelt so good and EVERYONE in the office wanted some, it taste is very subtle of caramel and apple, but, it is a nice substitue when I want something a little different with the popcorn. I would definatly buy it again! NEon
  11. i tried this one, it was the cinnamon flavor, and thought it tasted really bad, I ended up throwing it out! The high protein content really was what attracted me, but, the taste was just not something that appealed to me. They do make some Post low-carb bars, I tried the cinnamon flavor in that and they were pretty good. neon
  12. Is this for the lemondade? I have tried the Minute Maid Mango light one, there is a guava one and then a raspberry one, all of which are great, and the lemonade flavor is good to. I only have found the Guava one when we were out in Aspen on vacation this year, they don't have it here in Illinois or at least I have seen anyway
  13. I was at Wal-Mart last night and found a multitude of new products, one of which is the new Jolly Time 94% Fat Free Caramel Apple Popcorn. I have not tried it yet, but, it looks tasty and plan to have some today and will post when I try it. unpopped, one serving is 110 calories, 2 grams of fat, 6 grams of fiber and there are 2.5 servings per bag
  14. it has been a while since I have posted on this site so I may have missed a post if there was one. WW makes these new cakes and muffins, they are on the shelf next to the bread, they make a 1 pt carrot cake, a 1 pt chocolate cake and then a 3 pt blueberry muffin and then a 3 pt apple cinnamon muffin. Before, I would get the WW muffins that were frozen, but, these are different and are shelf-ready. They are really tasty and they sell out at our wal-mart VERY quickly. For those of you who have not ried them, the chocoate cake and carrot cake are SO GOOD! neon
  15. This is a really great product, I prefer this one over the Smuckers one because the Smuckers seems to have a bit of an aftertaste because of the aspartame. Since the Polaner has Splenda it tastes better to me. I have found it in Jewel, but, I also found a big ole LARGE jar of it at Wal-Mart, they only had grape, but, it was on the clearance rack, I never saw it anywhere else in the store, so, I am not sure where it appeared from and I have never seen it anywhere again, weird! It was like the size of the really large regular grape jelly jars but this was sugar free.
