    Read your post and noticed you were from Upstate SC. I live in Sandy Springs (between Anderson and Clemson) I am a Lifetime member since 2005. Noticed that you are just a few pounds from your goal weight. Congratulations! You have really done well and will continue to do so, I know.

  2. Just got back from my hour long Body Jam class, and now I'm sitting here drinking my water. GO BLUE!!!
  3. I got my butt moving for the BLUE team today, and did 30 minutes on the eliptical machine, and then about 10 more on the treadmill. GO BLUE!!!

  6. I just had to give my thumbs up for this salad too. I use a tzatziki dressing/dip I get at Costo. Two points for 3 tbl, and its sooo good. I also add my healthy oil in, because I never seem to find the right place to sneak it in. I have had this with every meal for the last two days, so yummy!
  7. I would say go for it! I have been working with my trainer since last March, and I love it! The price for the trainer at Bally's is pretty typical, I think. I actually pay more Its worth every penny to me though! Through WW & my trainer, I have lost my weight and I'm 6 pounds from goal. Had you asked me a few years ago, if I could ever be this healthy and thin(er), I would have thought you were crazy!!!
  8. I'm a newbie, and don't really know what the competition involves, but I would love to join! I have never watched the Biggest Loser on TV (I know I'm a dork), so someone is going to have to fill me in. The other thing is, I am only 6 pounds from goal. Can I still join? Will I be hurting my team? Does it help to say that I have been gaining and losing the same 3 pounds since June I need some kind of motivation!!!! I weigh in on Saturdays, and my weights in my siggy are up to date.
