  2. I feel so un-motivated lately, I am sticking with the plan but nothing for almost 2 weeks it drives me crazy. What do you guys to to get you through these stages?

  4. I have not quite figured out (still working on it) figuring out the points, and this is what I am making for dinner tonight. Could someone please help me try to figure out how many points 1 serving of this would be Thanks in advance Carol Oh and the only change I am making is the chicken is bonless skinless breast meat. 1 (3 pound) chicken - cooked, deboned and cut into bite size pieces 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 12 (6 inch) corn tortillas

  6. I was just curious as I was going through my WW book, what is the difference between the "core" pland and the "flex" plans? I am currently on flex, and struggling with it this time around and was mabye wondering if Core might be easier for me. Thanks in adavance for any help. Carol

  8. I am a newbie but I got to tell you this is a great site and look forward to getting into this. I was on Weight Watchers program a few years ago (the online way) and it worked wonders, so I just recently started on my own again with just the weight watchers points book (too cheap to pay the montly online fee lol). I just feel like this place will be great. I am Mom to 6 kids 3,10,15,18,20 and 22 and grandma to 1 baby boy Been married for 23 years to my husband. I hope to get to know the place and get/give support. Thanks Carol
