  2. I used the ICBINB Spray and just sprayed the chicken pieces before added the Italian seasoning and it still was the best I've ever had. I added 3 servings of cooked noodles before eating it and mixed it in. I counted it as 6 points for a sixth of a serving. Thanks so much for the recipe. I shared it with my WW class. Bede

  6. I tried this recipe today, I even let it cook for 8 hours and it was soooo wonderful! I highly recommend this. I shared this recipe with my WW group tonight. My DH stood over the crockpot and ate the rest of the chicken right off the bones! I think this is a winner! THANKS ALOT FOR POSTING! Bede

  8. SANDWICH SPREAD: 2 Tbsp. = 1 point 6 slices fat free bologna 2 Tbsp. fat free Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. or to taste relish Mix all and keep in air tight container. I usually use 1-1 1/2 Tbsp. on 2 slices of regular bread. Total sandwich is 3 points with bread. This is a great lunch with 1 oz. Wow BBQ or WOW DAR CHEESE Potatoe Chips. Bren 247/202/144 PG: 135

    Lowfat Cherry Pie

    LOWFAT CHERRY PIE Lowfat graham cracker crust 1 (20 oz.) can sugar free cherry pie filling 1 C. fat free cool whip 2 full sheets of cinnamon graham crackers (4 squares) Cinnamon flavor Put cherries in crust, add cool whip. Crush squares in baggie and pour on top. Refrigerate for around 30 minutes. 8 Servings = 3 points per serving. I realize the brands I use may not be available in other areas. So you may want to refigure for yourself. This is an awesome dessert for holidays and potlucks. And the best part is it's delicious and nobody will know the difference!! My husband ate 3/4 of the pie before I told him it's lowfat! Enjoy! 247/211/144
